May - Bollinger Homes (of Emmitsburg, MD) quickly framed and roofed the shop.
June - Earthmovers Excavating (Adamstown, MD) backfilled and graded the property. The concrete is now poured for the showroom and is ready for Bollinger Homes.
July - The showroom is now under roof. WA Snyder Concrete (of Gettysburg, PA) poured the showroom's wrap-around porch, plus the floors for both buildings. WA Snyder Concrete also stamped the showroom floor to look like stone.
Alexander's Plumbing (of Fairfield, PA) is installing all of our plumbing.
October - There was a slow period, but doors were installed by Emmitsburg Glass (of Emmitsburg, MD), and Bollinger Homes began siding.
November - Earth Movers installed the drainage beds, the siding began, and the electric was hooked up.
December - Timothy Kyle Paving & Sealing (of Littlestown, PA) is working hard to get the blacktop installed before the next rain. After that, the interior work will begin.

The blacktop is in; we've moved out of our rented facility; and we're now working hard to finish up the new buildings. We anticipate opening our new location around February 2012. We will be sending out postcards when we're ready.
Please wait until we're at our new facility to bring your equipment in for maintenance or repair. We'll do our best to get it back to you quickly. If you cannot wait for us, and must take your equipment elsewhere, we will understand.
